Launch of VRRV Family Vasudha Foundation

A grand event took place on November 30, 2024, at the prestigious Katriya Hotel, Hyderabad, attended by eminent business leaders such as Shri G. M. Rao, Chairman of the GMR Group, Shri K. V. V. Satyanarayana Raju, Chairman of the Chaitanya Group, and Shri M. N. Raju, Chairman of the MNR Group. During this remarkable occasion, the Chairman of Vasudha Group, Shri Mantena Venkata Ramaraju, along with his wife and Director of Vasudha Group, Smt. Mantena Varalakshmi, made a monumental announcement: the establishment of the VRRV Family Vasudha Foundation, a Section 8 company (non-profit organisation), CIN: U88900TS2024NPL188755. In a bold and visionary move, he declared that 20% of his family’s wealth would be transferred to this foundation to support impactful social and educational initiatives, furthering his unwavering commitment to the betterment of society.

Furthermore, he announced plans to contribute an additional 10% of his family’s wealth to the foundation in the future, solidifying the foundation’s long-term mission to drive meaningful change in society.

The foundation is poised to take on programs on a grand scale and will spearhead many of the charitable initiatives of the Vasudha Group, underscoring its commitment to driving impactful change in education, healthcare and community development.
